The LNG Box

The LNG Box is a compact and extremely cost efficient desing to refuel LNG trucks, developped and patented by AXEGAZ T&T, which has won international awards. It has been already deployed in various European countries.

The LNG Box key characteristics are the following:

A cryogenic tank of 20 to 80 m3 depending on customer requirements,
pumpless design to increase reliability,
own design MID-certified LNG dispenser integrated with the rest of the station,
fully automatic one-button operations,
highly sophisticated self-learning algorithms,
compliance with international and European standards (CE mark)
on-the-fly LNG saturation,
Point of Sale (POS) terminal (optional),
suitable for all types of trucks (IVECO, Scania, Volvo).

The LNG Box's streamlined design with no duplication of equipment offer superior value for money. Its compactness minimises heat ingress during operations thus it can store LNG for longer periods. Optimised algorythms result in fast cooldown and therefore short waiting times.

The LNG Box is a the ideal solution for a private station and is also suitable as public station especially where there is no certainty of large LNG throughput (need to minimise CAPEX).

Public LNG/CNG stations

In strategic locations such as well-known logistics bases or in urban development zones located near major roads, customers might expect high throughtput volumes, and therefore require a multi-lane, scalable, solution for LNG refueling. AXEGAZ T&T offers a taylor made LNG refueling station designed according to the current and projected needs of customers.
